Refund

Aero Markdown offers a 14-day refund on the software license key. Request that refund only through support@aeromarkdown.app.

How to ask

Write to support@aeromarkdown.app and ask for the refund of the software license key. That mailbox is the only support channel. There is no portal and no second address.

The license those terms describe is the $14.99 USD one-time lifetime Aero Markdown 1.x license for 1 Mac. Download and checkout are not available yet, so there is no purchase to refund until a real checkout address replaces that value. The license limits are on the terms page.

These terms are current as of 2026-11-05.
